Gift ideas that start with the person, not a catalogue.

PokeeBee is a birthday and gift reminder app with an AI gift chat built in. Tell it who the gift is for and what they like, and it suggests up to four ideas at a time for that person and that occasion.

The Gifts screen with a To decide list — Maya Chen in 4 days, Sofia Ricci in 18 days, Leo Ricci in 25 days — each with a Start planning button, and a box to ask for a gift idea.

How does PokeeBee come up with gift ideas?

It starts from what you know about the person. Open the chat from a birthday reminder or from someone's profile, and it already has their name, the occasion, how many days are left, and any likes, sizes or brands you saved for them. Add roughly what you want to spend and anything else that matters, and it replies with ideas for that person rather than a generic list. The suggestions come from an AI model made by Anthropic.

What kinds of gifts does it suggest?

Five kinds: something to buy, an experience, a trip, a gift card, or something else. You can ask for one kind — an experience instead of a thing, say — and every idea is labelled with its kind, which you can change. When it knows anything about the person, it is built to give you ideas straight away, with any follow-up question alongside them rather than instead of them.

Does it link to products or show prices?

No. PokeeBee suggests ideas, not listings: it shows no product photos and no live prices. An idea you like opens a web search for it, so you choose where to buy. Read a suggestion before acting on it — an AI model can be wrong about what is available, what it costs, or what suits the person. The terms say the same.

Does it remember what someone likes?

Yes. Each person in PokeeBee can have likes, sizes and brands, and the chat uses them every time. Ideas you like can be saved to that person, and if you spot something in a shop app or your browser, Share → PokeeBee saves the link to them as well. Each person can also have a private note, which is never sent to the gift chat.

Can it write the birthday message too?

Yes. Ask for a message and it drafts two or three short ones you can edit and send yourself. Drafts can be written in any of 13 languages: PokeeBee starts from the language of the person's phone number, so a +90 number starts in Turkish, and you can pick another. The app itself is in English.

What happens to the conversation?

It stays on your phone and is never stored in your account. To answer, your question and what you saved about the person — their name, the occasion, their likes and details — go through our server to Anthropic, and the content is not kept on our servers. None of it is used to train AI models. The privacy policy has the detail.

When can I get PokeeBee?

Not yet: PokeeBee is not in the app stores. Leave your email and we will write once, when it launches. That is the only thing we use your address for.
