Delete Your PokeeBee Account

PokeeBee is the gift-reminder app made by JidAi Labs. This page is the account and data deletion pathway Google Play requires us to publish — use it whether or not you still have the app installed.

How do I delete my PokeeBee account?

Open PokeeBee, go to You → Data & privacy, and tap Delete account. That one action deletes your rows from every PokeeBee server table, deletes the account itself, signs you out, and clears this device's local PokeeBee data — nothing else to do.

What exactly gets deleted from PokeeBee's servers?

Six tables, every row keyed to your account: wishlist_items, profiles, agent_usage, agent_requests, person_facts, and user_state (the events you kept or hid, the people you tracked, and the occasions you added by hand). Deleting your account removes all six, then removes the account record itself.

Can I delete just my data and keep my account?

Yes — You › Data & privacy offers three separate controls, not just one. "Delete data on this device" clears only this phone's local copy, and your sign-in stays. "Delete cloud database data" wipes the same six tables listed above but leaves the account able to sign in again with nothing in it. "Delete account" does both of those and also removes the account itself.

I no longer have PokeeBee installed — how do I delete my account?

Email envoy@jidailabs.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. JidAi Labs will delete your account and the six tables of server data listed above by hand, since we cannot reach a phone that no longer has the app installed. Tell us the email you signed in with, so we can find the right account.

Does deleting my account remove data stored only on my old phone?

No — PokeeBee keeps some data only on the device itself (cached contact photos, gift-agent conversations, calendar entries PokeeBee wrote through the operating system), and nobody but that device can remove it. If you still have the app, "Delete data on this device" or "Delete account" clears it there; if the phone is gone or reset, that copy is gone with it.
