PokeeBee is made by JidAi Labs. If something is wrong, confusing, or missing, write to us and a person will read it.

How do I get in touch?

Email envoy@jidailabs.com. That address reaches us for anything — a bug, a question, a privacy request, or a feature you wish existed. We aim to reply within a few working days.

If you are reporting something that went wrong, telling us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead saves a round trip.

Where are the answers to common questions?

On the homepage FAQ — what PokeeBee does, whether it can change your contacts, what leaves your device, and when it launches.

How do I delete my data or my account?

In the app, under You › Data & privacy, you can delete the data on your device, the data in your account, or the account itself. If you have already uninstalled and cannot reach those controls, the account deletion page explains how to ask us to do it.

What Google data does PokeeBee use?

All three Google permissions PokeeBee asks for are read-only. The Your Google data page lists each one, what it reads, and why it is the narrowest permission that makes the feature work.
